Who we are

What we collect
We collect only what you send us and what your browser reports:
- Enquiry details — your name, company, business email, country, and the product, quantity, specification and Incoterm you describe in the form or by email.
- Correspondence — the messages and documents we exchange with you during a commercial discussion.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider in standard server logs for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry and to quote, negotiate and perform a contract with you or your company.
- To meet our legal obligations, including customs, export, tax and sanctions-screening requirements.
- For our legitimate interest in keeping records of commercial relationships and in protecting the site from abuse.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where it is necessary to do the job: with the producer, manufacturer, laboratory, freight forwarder, customs broker, bank or regulator involved in your specific transaction, and with the service providers that run our website and email. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for marketing by anyone else.
Because our corridor runs between the Middle East, North Africa and Europe, your data may be transferred between those regions. Where data originates in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to a completed transaction are kept for as long as commercial, tax and customs law requires in the relevant jurisdictions, and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing of it. Write to privacy@nilveo.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Enquiry submissions are transmitted to our business email and are not stored in a public database. Access to commercial records is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
